Our Requirements to Prepare a Quote

Samples and/or Cad Drawings of the product or tooling

Actual or estimated annual volumes of product

Target pricing is helpful in the quotation process

Timeline

Quotations normally take within 5 days to prepare. This provides us time to find the most qualified factory and time for us to negotiate the lowest price possible for our customer.

More complex projects may take longer to quote.

Confidentiality

Our customers’ confidentiality on all products is of the highest concern to us. All customer inquiries are taken in strict confidence and confidentiality agreements are frequently signed.

Our quality control engineers also have the factories sign confidentiality agreements before the quote process even takes place.

Payment/Shipping Terms

All quotes to our customers are in US Dollars.

Payment is via Transferable Letters of Credit.

All products are quoted F.O.B. nearest Asian Port. This allows customers to make direct comparisons between other quotes they may have.

We recommend customers hire their own freight forwarding company to arrange for the freight into their facilities. If the customer would like us to arrange the freight for them we will do so at very competitive rates.
