Monitored Quality Control

Having our own quality control engineering department based in China and Taiwan, makes us uniquely different and extremely efficient compared to traditional trading houses. It enables us to stipulate the component quality standard required for every item manufactured.

Initial inspection of components is carried out prior to commencement of manufacturing, closely followed by assembly monitoring during production, culminating in final inspection and physical testing of a large percentage of completed products.

Sample Quality Control

Prior to initial production, Rockford Tool produces two quality samples. One is retained at Rockford Tool for quality control comparison during production, while the other is retained by our Quality Control people for comparison purposes against shipment. It’s your guarantee that the items Rockford Tool Company supplies will always be of the ultimate quality.

If you would like us to quote on products or components you’re already manufacturing, we’ll need a CAD drawing, two samples (if available) of the items being quoted, and the quantity you need manufactured. If you like the quote, we’ll proceed to build a prototype for your approval before beginning production of your product.
